If you have not seen the book Edward Tulane chapters 18-21, Keep reading until the third paragraph. If you have seen the book Edward Tulane chapters 18-24, you can read the whole article.
Chapters 18-21 is basically about a sick girl named Sarah Ruth and a boy named Bryce Ruth and Bryce finds Edward on a pole which their mom put that their. So Bryce sneaks out of their house and gives Edward to his sister (Sarah Ruth). If you want to learn more, read the book.
1.I think Edward wished for wings on the end of chapter 18 because on page 137, it said,”…if I had wings, I would fly above the world so I could be free.”
2.I think the picture of the house on chapter 22 is the house called the D house because on page 158 it said,”And the world, Edward’s world, went black.”
I think that in chapter 18 Edward wished for to go home and have fun with Abilene and everbody , and so Pelligrina can tell more stories.
In Edward Tulane on chapter 22 in the picture, my prediction is that he got fixed and is walking back home to Abilene and everybody.
Dear Readers,
In chapter 18 Edward wishes on a falling star.
I think he wished that he could fly because on page137,it says “He left Edward lying on the bed, and the rabbit was left staring up at the smoke-stained ceiling and he thought about having wings.”I think he wants to fly so he can be free.
In chapter 21 it says,”Edward’s world went black.” So in the next chapter I predict Edward will becom real and walk back to his home were he belongs.
Sincerely,
Sam
